RETURN POLICY

At ITD Semi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or issues with the products you've received, our return policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Requests for Product returns that are made within fourteen (14) days after the date on the applicable invoice. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at sales@itdsemi.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the items securely, and include a copy of the original packing slip along with the RMA number.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
